摘 要:平台化开发是汽车行业快速推出新车型的重要手段。在平台化车型开发的过程中,汽车的NVH性能以及汽车轻量化是重要的性能指标。本文提出了基于NVH性能的平台化车身轻量化设计方法,主要是通过对平台化的通用零部件进行筛选,同时在通用零部件中筛选出关键通用零部件,以零部件的厚度为自变量,以车身的刚度以及模态为约束目标,以车身质量为优化目标,得到优化后的通用零部件的最优组合,并进行验证,实现了白车身的刚度与模态满足开发要求,平台化车身达到轻量化的目的。Platform development is an important means for the rapid launch of new models in the automotive industry.In the process of platform model development,the NVH performance of the vehicle and the lightweight of the vehicle are important performance indicators.This paper proposes a platform body lightweight design method based on NVH performance,which is mainly through the screening of platform-based general parts,and at the same time screens out the key general parts in the general parts,taking the thickness of the parts as the independent variable,the stiffness and mode of the body-in-white as the constraint purpose,and the body quality as the optimization goal,the optimal combination of the optimized general parts is obtained,and verified,so that the stiffness and mode of the body-in-white meet the development requirements,and the platform body achieves the purpose of lightweight.
