摘  要:目的:分析以问题为导向的教学法(PBL教学法)在腰椎间盘突出症临床教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年6—12月于石河子大学第一附属医院实习的医学生30名作为对照组,选取2021年1—6月实习的医学生30名作为研究组。对照组实施常规教学法,研究组实施PBL教学法。对比两组临床实践能力、操作技能水平、教学效果。结果:研究组病史采集、体格检查、临床判断、组织能力、医患沟通、人文关怀及整体表现评分均高于对照组(P<0.001)。研究组适应证掌握、医患沟通、操作前准备、操作规范和熟练度、操作后处理及实时寻求帮助评分均高于对照组(P<0.001)。研究组操作能力、思维能力、观察能力、创新能力及问题解决能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:PBL教学法在腰椎间盘突出症临床教学中的应用效果显著,可提高实习生临床实践能力、操作技能及教学效果。Objective:To analyze the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)in clinical teaching of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:Thirty medical students who practiced in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University from June 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the control group,and 30 medical students who practiced from January 2021 to June 2021 were selected as the research group.The control group conducted routine teaching method,and the research group conducted PBL teaching method.The clinical practice ability,operation skill level and teaching effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of medical history collection,physical examination,clinical judgment,organizational ability,doctor-patient communi⁃cation,humanistic care and overall performance in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).The scores of indication mastery,doctor-patient communication,pre-operation preparation,operation specification and profi⁃ciency,post-operation treatment and real-time help seeking in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).The scores of operation ability,thinking ability,observation ability,innovation ability and problem solving abil⁃ity in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of PBL teaching mode in the clinical teaching of lumbar disc herniation has significant effects,and can improve the students'clinical practice ability,op⁃erational skills and teaching effect.
