摘　　要：目的 研究转录增强缔合域转录因子4(TEAD4)在肾透明细胞癌(KIRC)中的表达水平与临床意义。方法 从癌症基因组图谱(TCGA)、基因表达综合(GEO)数据库和人类蛋白图库(HPA)获取KIRC相关数据,通过Sangerbox等在线软件研究KIRC患者TEAD4表达与预后、临床分期和免疫细胞浸润之间的关系。结果TEAD4表达水平在KIRC与癌旁组织间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);不同肿瘤体积、是否淋巴结转移、是否远端转移、不同临床分期和病理分级TEAD4表达水平差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);TEAD4表达水平与CD8+T细胞等6种免疫细胞浸润相关(r> 0,P <0.05)。结论 TEAD4是KIRC的预后生物标志物和潜在治疗靶点。Objective To study the expression level and clinical significance of TEA transcription factor 4(TEAD4)in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma(KIRC).Methods Data related to KIRC were obtained from The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA),Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO)and Human Protein Atlas(HPA),and the relationship between TEAD4 expression and prognosis,clinical stage and immune cell infiltration in patients with KIRC was studied by online software such as Sangerbox.Results There was a significant difference in the expression level of TEAD4 between KIRC and adjacent tissues(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in TEAD4 expression among different tumor volumes,lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis,clinical stages,and pathological grades(P<0.05).The expression level of TEAD4 was correlated with infiltration of six immune cells,including CD8+T cells(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusion TEAD4 is a prognostic biomarker and potential therapeutic target for KIRC.
