摘  要:酰基辅酶A合成酶长链家族成员4(ACSL4)可通过介导铁死亡方式影响氧化应激、脂质过氧化等过程,增加肿瘤细胞对铁死亡的敏感性,进而抑制肿瘤的生长、转移,并减轻治疗抵抗现象。然而,ACSL4在部分肿瘤中具有双重作用,如在肝癌和结直肠癌中ACSL4具有促瘤和抑瘤作用。本文就ACSL4介导铁死亡在消化系统肿瘤中的作用机制进行综述,以期为消化系统肿瘤的诊治及耐药监测提供新的思路。Acyl-CoA synthetase long-chain family member 4(ACSL4)can impact the processes of oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation by mediating iron death,increasing the sensitivity of tumor cells to iron death,and then inhibiting the growth and metastasis of tumor and reducing the phenomenon of treatment resistance.However,ACSL4 has dual functions in some tumors,such as promoting and inhibiting tumors in liver cancer and colorectal cancer.The function mechanism of iron death mediated by ACSL4 in digestive system tumors is reviewed in this paper,so as to provide new ideas for the diagnosis,treatment and drug resistance monitoring of digestive system tumors.
