宫颈环形电切术在宫颈高级别鳞状上皮内病变治疗中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨宫颈高级别鳞状上皮内病变(HSIL)患者应用宫颈环形电切术治疗的临床效果。方法 选取2020年1月至2024年1月沭阳医院妇产科收治的76例HSIL患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同将其分为对照组(39例)与观察组(37例)。对照组应用宫颈冷刀锥切术治疗;观察组应用宫颈环形电切术治疗。比较两组手术相关情况、炎症因子水平、临床疗效、并发症发生情况。结果 观察组各手术相关指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,观察组各炎症因子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 HSIL患者应用宫颈环形电切术治疗,有助于缩短手术时间、创面愈合时间、术后住院时间,减少术中出血量,提高治疗效果,降低并发症发生率及炎症因子水平,安全性好。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP)in patients with high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(HSIL).Methods A total of 76 patients with HSIL admitted to and treated in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of Shuyang Hospital from January 2020 to January 2024 were included as the research object.They were divided into the control group(n=39)and the observation group(n=37)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with cold knife conization,while the observation group was treated with loop electrosurgical excision procedure.The surgery-related conditions,inflammatory factor levels,clinical efficacy and complications of surgeries in the two groups were compared.Results The indices related to each surgery in the observation group were all better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of loop electrosurgical excision procedure in the treatment of HSIL is helpful in shortening the surgery time,wound healing time,postoperative hospitalization time,reducing intraoperative hemorrhage volume and improving the therapeutic efficacy.This method has lower incidence of complications and inflammatory factors,and is safe.
