摘  要:目的 探讨基于操作技能直接观察评估(DOPS)的观察利用导学互动式教育(BOPPPS)教学模式在急诊住院医师规范化培训教学中的实施效果。方法 选取2023年6—11月在潍坊医学院附属医院急诊科轮转的54名住院医师规范化培训学员作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为试验组(n=27)和对照组(n=27),试验组采用基于DOPS量表的BOPPPS教学模式,对照组采用基于DOPS量表的传统教学模式。住培轮转学员每月月末出科考核,两组均采用DOPS量表评价,比较两组学员轮转学习情况,通过分析两组学员考核成绩比较两种教学模式的教学效果,并通过问卷调查学员对两种教学方法的满意度。结果 试验组理论知识、技能操作成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组对教学方法的满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 基于DOPS的BOPPPS教学模式可显著提高急诊住院医师规范化培训学员考试成绩,让学员更好地掌握急诊医学知识,为急诊住培的教学模式的发展奠定一定基础。Objective To investigate the implementation effect of the teaching model of BOPPPS(bridge-in,objective,pre-assessment,participatory learning,post assessment,summary)based on direct observation of procedural skills(DOPS)observation in standardized training and teaching of emergency residents.Methods A total of 54 standardized training and teaching of resident students turned in the Department of Emergency of the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University from June to November 2023 were selected as the research object,and they were divided into the experimental group(n=27)and the control group(n=27)according to the random number table method.The experimental group was treated with teaching model of BOPPPS based on DOPS scale,while the control group was treated with conventional teaching model based on DOPS scale.The clinical study of emergency medicine was carried out in two groups of students through BOPPPS teaching model based on DOPS and conventional teaching model respectively.At the end of each month,the students in residential and training rotation went out for examination.Both groups used DOPS scale for evaluation to compare the students’learning in rotation between the two groups.By analyzing the assessment results of the two groups of students,the teaching effects of the two teaching models were compared,and the students’satisfaction with the two teaching methods was investigated by questionnaire.Results The theoretical knowledge and skill operation scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the experimental group with teaching methods was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The BOPPPS teaching model based on DOPS can significantly improve the test scores of standardized training and teaching of emergency residents,so that students can better master the knowledge of emergency medicine and lay a certain foundation for the d
