从中医经筋理论探讨肌筋膜疼痛综合征的诊疗

摘　　要：肌筋膜疼痛综合征(myofascial pain syndrome,MPS)是一种以软组织疼痛和功能障碍为主要表现的疾病,其常用治疗手段以药物治疗为主,但存在依赖性、复发性等局限。中医经筋理论对软组织损伤有较好的治疗作用,并且肌筋膜和经筋的生理、病理描述相似。因此,应用中医经筋理论的“筋结点”特点辅助MPS的诊治,利用“燔针劫刺,以痛为腧”来指导MPS的治疗,配合“立足整体”和“对侧治疗”的思维,可以弥补目前MPS药物治疗副作用及仅靠点按压痛点治疗的局限。总的来说,应用中医经筋理论能够为MPS的诊疗提供新思路,同时丰富了中医经筋理论的应用前景。Myofascial Pain Syndrome(MPS)is a disease characterized by soft tissue pain and dysfunction,and its common treatment is based on medication,but there are limitations such as dependence and recurrence.Chinese medicine meridian theory has a better therapeutic effect on soft tissue injuries,and,the physiological and pathological descriptions of myofascia and meridian are similar.Therefore,we apply the characteristics of“tendon nodes”of TCM(TraditionalChinese Medicine)meridian theory to assist the diagnosis and treatment of MPS,and utilize“burnt needles and robbing stabs,using pain as the acupoint”to guide the treatment of MPS,together with“based on the whole”and“opposite”to guide the treatment of MPS.With the dialectical thinking of“based on the whole”and“contralateral treatment”,we can make up for the side effects of the current MPS medication and the limitations of the current MPS treatment which only relies on the point pressure on the pain points.Overall,the application of TCM meridian theory can provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of MPS,and at the same time enrich the application scenarios of TCM meridian theory.
