系统论视域下把伟大建党精神培育融入高校立德树人全过程路径探析

摘　　要：伟大建党精神培育融入高校立德树人全过程是新时代高校思想政治教育的必然要求。系统论视域下把伟大建党精神融入立德树人全过程涵括目标、主体、内容和评价。把伟大建党精神培育融入立德树人全过程,需要遵循整体性、层次性、开放性、动态性原则,从精研顶层规划、优化教学方略、构筑支撑平台、强化技术助力、注重实操养成等维度进行探索与实践,以不断提高伟大建党精神的育人实效。Integrating the cultivation of the great founding spirit of the Party into the whole process of cultivating virtues and morality in colleges and universities is an inevitable requirement of ideological and political education in the new era.From the perspective of the system theory,the whole process includes the goals,subjects,content and evaluation.Integrating the cultivation of the great founding spirit of the Party into the whole process of cultivating virtues and morality needs to adhere to the principles of being integral,hierarchical,open and dynamic.The top-level planning should be studied carefully,the teaching strategies should be optimized,the supporting platform should be built,the technological support should be strengthened,and the practical training should be emphasized,in order to continuously enhance the educatioal effectiveness of the great founding spirit of the Party.
