职业教育“新基建”建设贯穿市域产教联合体实体化运行全过程路径探析

摘  要:创新组建市域产教联合体是现代职业教育体系建设改革的“两翼”之一,做好金专业、金课程、金教师、金教材、金基地等现代职业教育体系建设改革的“新基建”,将职业教育“新基建”建设贯穿市域产教联合体实体化运行全过程,是深化现代职业教育体系建设改革的应有之义。通过研究有关政策文献,分析联合体建设经验做法,积极探寻职业学校主动将职业教育“新基建”建设贯穿市域产教联合体实体化运行全过程的方法路径,为深化现代职业教育关键教学要素改革、整体提升职业教育教学质量提供参考。The innovative establishment of the urban industry-education consortium is one of the“two wings”of the construction and reform of the modern vocational education system.The“new infrastructure”of the construction and reform of the modern vocational education system including golden majors,courses,teachers,teaching materials and bases should be well done,and the“new infrastructure”construction of vocational education should be penetrated in the whole process of the physical operation of the urban industry-education consortium,to deepen the construction and reform of the modern vocational education system.By studying relevant policy documents,analyzing the experience and practice of the construction of the consortium,and exploring the ways for vocational schools to actively penetrate the“new infrastructure”construction of vocational education in the whole process of the physical operation of the urban industry-education consortium,this paper provides reference for deepening the reform of the key teaching elements of modern vocational education and improving the quality of teaching of vocational education as a whole.
