摘  要:组织惯例重塑是学校数字化转型获取竞争优势的基础,也是深入推进教育高质量发展的重要引擎和关键路径。然而,学校教育数字化转型面临着组织结构惯性、管理制度惯性、领导权力惯性和认知思维惯性等诸多问题。基于此,文章深入挖掘组织惯例的基本理论及其对组织创新的作用机理,从顶层规划设计、组织结构惯例重塑、教育治理体制重塑、领导权力惯性重塑、认知思维惯性重塑、教育模式改革创新等方面提出学校组织惯例重塑发展路径,以期强化数字赋能学校体制机制改革和创新。The remodeling of organizational routines is the basis for schools to gain competitive ad-vantages in digital transformation,and it is also an important engine and key path to further promote the high-quality development of education.However,the digital transformation in school education faces many problems,such as organizational structure inertia,management system inertia,leadership power inertia,and cognitive thinking inertia.Based on this,the paper dug into the basic theory of organization-al routines and its action mechanism on organizational innovation.It proposed development paths for re-modeling school organizational routines,which require improving top-level planning design,remodeling organizational structure routines,educational governance system,leadership power,and cognitive think-ing,as well as reforming and innovating educational modes.These efforts promote the reform and inno-vation of digitally empowered school systems and mechanisms.
