摘　　要：针对大学生情绪波动大和心理健康问题日益增长的现状,本文提出了一种融合心理学领域的辩证行为疗法(DBT)与电子生物反馈(EBF)技术的新型情绪管理系统设计方案。该系统首先基于DBT原理进行了情绪管理系统的信息化应用设计,其次在DBT技能训练模块中引入EBF原理,通过实时监测生理指标,为DBT信息化治疗过程提供了即时的生理层面数据支撑,增强了情绪干预的科学性和个性化。测试结果表明,使用该系统融合心率生物反馈的呼吸训练能够提升用户的心率调节能力,通过系统训练能够显著提升大学生的情绪自我觉察能力,促进积极情绪,并有效缓解负面情绪,验证了这种跨学科的融合系统在情绪管理中的应用潜力,为心理健康研究和实践提供了新思路。In response to the growing prevalence of emotional fluctuations and mental health issues among college students,this paper proposes a novel emotion management system design that integrates Dialectical Be-havior Therapy(DBT)from the field of psychology with Electronic Biofeedback(EBF)technology.The system first designed an informatization application for emotion management based on the DBT principle and subse-quently integrates the EBF principles into the DBT skills training module.By monitoring physiological indica-tors in real time,it provides immediate physiological data support for the DBT informatization treatment process,enhancing the scientific and personalized nature of emotional intervention.Test results indicate that the respiratory training integrated with heart rate biofeedback in this system can enhance users'heart rate regu-lation capabilities and through system training,it can significantly improve college students'ability for emotion-al self-awareness,foster positive emotions,and effectively alleviate negative emotions.This interdisciplinary integration system demonstrates potential in the application of emotion management,offering new perspectives for mental health research and practice.
