海上运输对水性无塑涂层纸粘连性及其成型纸杯渗漏性的影响

摘　　要：随着环保法律法规的日益严格和消费者环保意识的增强,水性无塑涂层成为未来发展的趋势,可作为代替一次性纸杯中PE和PLA塑料淋膜层的理想材料。本文探究了水性无塑涂层纸在模拟海上集装箱运输后的粘连性、成型纸杯的渗漏性及其可回收性。研究表明,水性涂布纸的粘连性根据涂层厚度、单双涂布以及印刷处理的不同而有所差异。选取合适的涂布纸制成纸杯测试发现,纸杯仅适合短时间盛装酒精溶液,而对不含酒精的液体具有很好的抗渗漏性能和阻隔性,在模拟海上运输处理后纸杯的抗渗漏性能会变得更好。水性涂层纸杯的可回收性评测分值为89,并且手抄片的各项物理性能优异,材料有很好的可回收性。With increasingly strict environmental laws and regulations and the strengthening of consumer ecological awareness,water-based nonplastic coating has become the development trend in the future,and it can be used as an ideal material to replace the PE and PLA plastic coating in disposable paper cups.This paper explores the adhesiveness of water-based non-plastic coated paper after simulating maritime container transportation,and the leakage and recyclability of molded paper cups.The research shows that the adhesion of water-based coated paper varies with the coating thickness,singles,single and double coatings,and printing treatments.The test results show that the paper cup is only suitable for holding alcohol solution for a short time.However,it has good anti-leakage performance and barrier performance for non-alcoholic liquid,and the anti-leakage performance of the paper cup will become better after the simulated maritime transportation treatment.The recyclability evaluation score of the water-based coated paper cup is 89 and the physical properties of the hand-copied sheet are excellent,the material has good recyclability.
