摘　　要：本文聚焦包装印刷与工艺课程领域,在新文科背景下,研究传统包装印刷与工艺课程转型,通过运用POE教学策略、实践教学环节和五维评价体系,将其构建为课程新、互动强、实践广的多元化课程体系,以进一步激发包装设计专业学生的学习兴趣和创新实践能力,引导他们由“知”到“践”,提高课程的教学成效和质量。This paper focuses on the field of packaging printing and technology curriculum,studies the transformation of traditional packaging printing and technology curriculum under the background of new liberal arts,and builds it into a diversified curriculum system with new curriculum,strong interaction and wide practice through the use of POE teaching strategy,practical teaching links and five-dimensional evaluation system,so as to further stimulate the learning interest and innovative practical ability of packaging design students.Guide them from“knowledge”to“practice”,improve the teaching effect and quality of the course.
