乡村振兴背景下广东荔枝供应链特点及改进策略研究

摘　　要：荔枝是广东种植面积最大的特色水果产业,是乡村振兴重要载体。荔枝鲜果对时效性要求非常高,快速、高效地运输荔枝问题亟待研究。文中从供应链绩效的角度分析了广东四种典型的荔枝鲜果供应链——果园存货+配送到家、果园存货+消费者自摘、销地仓存货+配送到家、超市/菜场存货+消费者自提/配送到家,提炼了五条荔枝供应链绩效改进策略——大型直播活动、农文旅融合、大数据分析、农超对接以及供应链协调等,以期为我国其他荔枝产区打造高响应性、低成本的荔枝供应链提供借鉴和参考。Litchi is the largest characteristic fruit industry in the planting area of Guangdong province,and it is an important carrier of rural revitalization.Fresh fruit of litchi is very high on timeliness,and the problem of fast and efficient transportation of litchi needs to be studied urgently.This paper analyzes four typical Guangdong litchi supply chain from the perspective of supply chain performance-orchard inventory+delivery home,orchard inventory+consumers pick-up,market warehouse inventory+distribution home,supermarket/market inventory+consumers pick-up/delivery home,and puts forward five litchi supply chain performance improvement strategies,including large live commerce,integration of agriculture,culture and tourism,big data analysis,farm and supermarket connection,supply chain coordination,in order to build high responsive and low cost of litchi supply chain.
