摘 要:文中首先搜集了2017-2023年华东地区25个主要机场信息构建面板数据,考虑机场与服务地区发展的耦合协调关系,构建投入产出指标体系,通过S-SBM模型对华东地区目标机场2017-2023年航空货运效率进行测度,从静态角度给出机场运营相对效率及是否为有效状态。其次,基于malmquist指数模型对目标机场t~t+1期全要素生产率进行测算,从动态角度对其运营效率分析,运用Dagum基尼系数对华东地区机场群分层级进行货运效率差异评价,研究层级内及层级间差异的原因并给出相关建议。最后,结合上述分析,提出机场群高质量发展优化建议。This paper firstly collects the information construction panel data of 25 major airports in East China from 2017 to 2023,considers the coupling and coordination relationship between the development of airports and service areas,constructs an input-output index system,measures the air cargo efficiency of target airports in East China from 2017 to 2023 through the S-SBM model,and gives the relative efficiency of airport operation and whether it is effective from a static perspective.Secondly,based on the malmquist index model,the total factor productivity of the target airport in the t~t+1 period was calculated,and its operational efficiency was analyzed from a dynamic perspective,and the Dagum Gini coefficient was used to evaluate the difference in cargo efficiency between the airport clusters in East China,and the reasons for the differences within and between levels were studied and relevant suggestions were given.Finally,combined with the above analysis,some suggestions for the high-quality development and optimization of airport clusters are proposed.
