摘 要:随着物流行业的数智化转型,对新型物流人才的需求日益增长。文中旨在探讨和研究在数智化转型战略下,高校如何培养适应现代物流业发展的高素质物流人才。首先,分析物流行业的数智化发展趋势和对人才的新要求,指出当前高校物流人才培养存在的问题。随后,提出了一系列针对性的解决策略,包括明晰数智化人才培养定位、设计以数智化物流管理为核心的课程体系、强化数智化实践教学等。通过这些措施,可以为中国物流行业的现代化和数智化转型提供坚实的人才支持。As the logistics industry undergoes digital and intelligent transformation,there is an increasing demand for new types of logistics talents.This paper aims to explore how universities can cultivate high-quality logistics talents to adapt to the development of the modern logistics industry under the strategy of digital and intelligent transformation.Firstly,the paper analyzes the development trend of digital and intelligent transformation in the logistics industry and the new requirements for talents,highlighting the issues in the current talent cultivation in universities.Subsequently,a series of targeted solutions are proposed,including clarifying the positioning of talent cultivation,designing a curriculum system centered on digital and intelligent logistics management,and strengthening the practice of digital and intelligent education.Through these measures,solid talent support can be provided for the modernization and digital and intelligent transformation of China's logistics industry.
