新工科背景下青年教师课程思政能力提升探索——以物流工程专业为例

摘　　要：将思想政治教育贯穿人才培养体系,全面推进高校课程思政建设,发挥好每门课程的育人作用,是提高高校人才培养质量的重要举措。青年教师作为师资队伍的中坚力量,对课程思政教学改革与建设起到决定性作用,因此提升其课程思政能力显得尤为重要。以新工科背景下的物流工程专业青年教师为例,首先阐述了青年教师课程思政能力提升的必要性,然后在认识关、实践关、懈怠关三个环节提出了“闯三关”的措施与方法,全面提升物流工程专业青年教师开展课程思政建设的意识和能力,促进物流工程专业教育与课程思政同向同行、协同育人。Integrating ideological and political education into the talent cultivation system,comprehensively promoting the construction of ideological and political education in university courses,and giving full play to the educational role of each course are important measures to improve the quality of talent cultivation in universities.As the backbone of the teaching staff,young teachers play a decisive role in the reform and construction of ideological and political education in the curriculum,so it is particularly important to enhance their ideological and political abilities in the curriculum.Taking young teachers in the field of logistics engineering under the background of new engineering as an example,this article first elaborates on the necessity of improving the ideological and political abilities of young teachers in the curriculum.Then,measures and methods are proposed in the three stages of understanding,practice,and slackness to comprehensively enhance the awareness and ability of young teachers in the field of logistics engineering to carry out curriculum ideological and political construction,and promote the simultaneous development and collaborative education of logistics engineering education and curriculum ideological and political education.
