摘  要:为改善非线性负载下电力系统的电能质量,针对柔性负荷具有可变性、谐波含量高和功率因数可变等特点,提出了一种模糊控制与并联有源滤波器相结合的柔性负荷梯级调控技术。首先,在电网引入模糊逻辑控制器以实现精确的电压调节,通过设定隶属函数与模糊控制库,制定由内部控制、主要控制和二次控制组成的梯级控制方案。其次,基于PQ理论,通过Concordia变换测得二次侧的功率情况,进而对系统的柔性负荷实施有效梯级调控。最后,采用基于PQ理论的PAF来降低谐波含量,提高波形质量。实验结果表明,通过将模糊控制和PAF相结合,实现了强化控制并获得良好的总谐波畸变率,此外,通过柔性负荷梯级调控技术的应用,可以实现对负载的灵活控制,提高电力系统的运行效率和能源利用效率,实现可持续能源发展和智能电网建设的目标。In order to improve the power quality of the power system under nonlinear loads,this paper proposes a flexible load cascade control technology that combines fuzzy control and parallel active power filter to address the characteristics of flexible loads such as variability,high harmonic content,and variable power factor.Firstly,a fuzzy logic controller is introduced into the power grid to achieve precise voltage regulation.By setting membership functions and fuzzy control libraries,a cascade control scheme consisting of internal control,main control,and secondary control is developed.Secondly,based on the PQ theory,the power situation on the secondary side is measured through Concordia transformation,and effective cascade regulation is implemented for the flexible load of the system.Finally,PAF based on PQ theory is used to reduce harmonic content and improve waveform quality.The experimental results show that the combination of fuzzy control and PAF achieves enhanced control and good Total Harmonic Distortion.In addition,the application of flexible load cascade regulation technology can achieve flexible control of loads,improve the operational efficiency and energy utilization efficiency of the power system,and achieve the goals of sustainable energy development and smart grid construction.
