摘　　要：劳资关系是资本主义社会生产关系的一个重要组成部分。在资本主义私有制条件下,劳资关系的对立性是指资本所有者的资本增值来源于劳动者创造的剩余价值。劳资对立在生产领域表现为从形式上的隶属至实际上的隶属,在交换领域表现为从形式上的平等至实质上的不平等,在分配领域表现为从假象上的共享至本质上的资本家独占,在消费领域表现为从表象上生活的环节至现实上资本再生产的条件。伴随着资本主义的发展,劳资对立导致社会矛盾日益突出,主要呈现为生产领域中劳动的异化、交换领域中人的商品化、分配领域中社会的两极化、消费领域中生产力中断的周期化等一系列严重问题。鉴于在资本主义私有制条件下的劳资对立是根本性的对立,资本主义劳资对立的总体扬弃主要包括的路径是一般态的无产阶级革命和特殊态的先民族民主革命、后社会主义革命、再发展社会主义生产力。Labor relations is an important part of capitalist social production relations.Under the condition of capitalist private ownership,the opposition of labor-capital relations means that the capital appreciation of capital owners comes from the surplus value created by workers.Labor opposition in the field of production is from the form of membership to actually membership,in the field of exchange from the form of equality to substantial inequality,in the field of distribution is from the illusion of sharing to the essence of capitalist monopoly,in the field of consumption from the appearance of life link to the real capital reproduction conditions.With the development of capitalism,the opposition between labor and capital leads to increasingly prominent social contradictions,mainly showing a series of serious problems such as the alienation of labor in the field of production,the commercialization of people in the field of exchange,the dual polarization of society in the field of distribution,and the periodic interruption of productive forces in the field of consumption.Given that the contradiction between labor and capital under the conditions of capitalist private ownership is fundamental,the overall abandonment of the contradiction between labor and capital in capitalism mainly includes the path of general proletarian revolution and special national democratic revolution,post socialist revolution,and the development of socialist productive forces.
