摘　　要：“跟进式”教育是一种全新的教育理念和模式,具有主动性、互动性、实效性和前瞻性等显著特征。教育工作者应因事而化,因时而进,因势而新,秉持“跟进式”思维开展大学生社会主义核心价值观教育工作,提升高校思想政治育人效果。具体而言,要把握学生发展需求,增进主体价值认同;结合学生个体特点,辩证引领学生思想;开展跟进宣传活动,实现价值内化于心;积极加强跟进实践,促使成果外化于行;革新教育方式方法,创新引领学生思想;完善教育制度体系,提升教育工作实效。“Follow-up”education is a brand-new educational concept and mode,featuring remarkable characteristics such as initiative,interactivity,effectiveness and foresight.Educators should adapt to circumstances,keep pace with the times and innovate according to the situation,carry out the education on core socialist values for college students with the“follow-up”thinking,and enhance the effect of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Specifically,it is necessary to grasp the development needs of students and enhance the subjective value identification;combine the individual characteristics of students and dialectically guide students’thoughts;carry out follow-up publicity activities to internalize the values in the mind;actively strengthen follow-up practice to promote the externalization of achievements in action;innovate educational methods and ways to innovatively guide students’thoughts;improve the educational system and enhance the effectiveness of educational work.
