摘　　要：信息技术的快速发展使大数据成为企业获取竞争优势的关键资源,为提升企业的决策效率和市场竞争力,需加大对大数据技术的应用力度,与企业战略管理协同创新,改变单一化的管理模式,通过优化资源配置,战略决策支持和生产运营支持,树立大数据概念,发挥大数据在管理决策中的作用、建设大规模的数据分析系统,提升决策可行性与正确性、建立良好的合作伙伴关系,共享资源和知识、改革人才引进与培养体制,满足大数据时代对人才的需求,制定科学合理及精准的管理决策,利用大数据技术与企业战略管理协同创新应用的深化和拓展,促进企业实现可持续发展。The rapid development of information technology has made big data a key resource for enterprises to obtain competitive advantages.To improve the decision-making efficiency and market competitiveness of enterprises,we need to increase the application of big data technology.Collaborative innovation with enterprise strategic management changes the single management model.By optimizing the resource allocation,strategic decision support,production operations support,we could establish the concept of big data,give full play to the role of big data in management decision-making and build a large-scale data analysis system,improve the feasibility and correctness of decision,and establish a good partnership,sharing resources and knowledge,reforming the system of introducing and training talents to meet the demand for talents in the era of big data.It should make scientific,reasonable,accurate management decisions to promote the sustainable development of enterprises by utilizing the deepening and expansion of the collaborative innovation application of big data technology and enterprise strategic management.
