摘 要:党的二十大提出的“科教兴国”战略,对高等教育人才培养提出了新的要求。以往对高等教育人才培养的策略多为学科建设、课程改革和教学管理调整,均是“自上而下”的统照性策略,缺少“自下而上”的自觉自发的应对策略。通过分析基层教学组织和课程群的建设和研究历史,提出教学基层组织在教学内容衔接、学情共享和联动考核方面,均可以建构出一种基于基层组织课程云内部的协作与互补机制,为“四新”工程背景下高校人才培养提供重要的补充,并为高等教育人才的综合性培养及提升、基层组织内资源整合和教学效率的提升提出建设性意见。The strategy of“rejuvenating the country through science and education”put forward at the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has set new requirements for talent cultivation in higher education.In the past,strategies for talent cultivation in higher education have mostly focused on discipline construction,curriculum reform,and teaching management adjustments,all of which are“top-down”overarching strategies lacking“bottom-up”spontaneous and conscious responses.By analyzing the history of the construction and research of grassroots teaching organizations and curriculum groups,it is proposed that grassroots teaching organizations can establish a collaboration and complementary mechanism within the Curriculum Cloud of grassroots organizations in terms of teaching content connection,academic information sharing,and joint assessment.This mechanism provides an important supplement for talent cultivation in universities under the background of the“Four New”initiative(new engineering,new medical science,new agriculture,and new liberal arts)and offers constructive suggestions for the comprehensive cultivation and enhancement of talent in higher education,as well as for the integration of resources and improvement of teaching efficiency within grassroots organizations.
