摘　　要：研究生教育肩负着高层次人才培养和创新创造的重要使命,伴随着中国特色社会主义进入新阶段,各行各业对高层次人才的需求更加迫切,积极推动国家重点领域紧缺人才培养工作,促进学生德智体美劳全面发展,切实提升研究生教育支撑引领经济社会发展能力已成为培养的重点。该文针对稀土领域硕士研究生人才培养目标要求,通过思政导学,厚植家国情怀,强化学术道德规范教育,规范科研活动实践理性,建立正确的学术伦理关系;通过教学模式创新,实现基础理论和科研实践的相互衔接,促进教研融合,提升学生的分析能力和思辨能力;结合人才培养供给侧改革,打造稀土领域高层次人才培养“样板间”,实现校企之间供需的一体化。以此培养研究生爱国、爱岗及艰苦奋斗的精神,优化对知识体系的理解,提升动手和解决问题的能力,着重培养一批与行业需要相适应、与企业要求相关联的稀土领域研究生,带动学科乃至全校研究生培养质量的提升。As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new stage,the need for high-level talents in all walks of life has become more urgent.We should actively promote the training of talents in key areas of the country and promote the all-round development of students'virtue,intelligence,physical conditions,mind status and community service,andeffectively improving the ability of postgraduate education to support and lead economic and social development,which has become the focus of training.This paper aims at the training goals and requirements of graduate students in the field of rare earth,through ideological and political guidance,cultivating the feelings of home and country,strengthening the education of academic ethics,standardizing the practical rationality of scientific research activities,and establishing correct academic ethical relations.Through the innovation of teaching mode,we realize the connection between basic theory and scientific research practice,promote the integration of teaching and research,and improve students'analytical ability and critical thinking ability.Combining with the reform of the supply side of talent training,we will create a"model room"for high-level talent training in the field of rare earth,and realize the integration of supply and demand between schools and enterprises.In order to cultivate the spirit of patriotism,love and hard work of graduate students,optimize the understanding of the knowledge system,improve the ability to work and solve problems,we focus on cultivating a group of rare earth graduate students in accordance with the needs of the industry and related to the requirements of the enterprise,and promote the improvement of the quality of graduate education of the discipline and even the whole university.
