摘　　要：任何心理咨询与治疗学派的理论,都与其创建或认可的人格理论有关。文章分析人格理论在心理咨询与治疗理论流派中的作用,提出人格理论是心理咨询与治疗理论流派的重要核心内容;并以儒释道三家及中医领域为例诠释基于中华传统文化的人格理论,为创建本土的心理咨询与治疗理论流派提供思路。Any theories in psychotherapy or counseling were considered related to the personality theory established or recognized by their founders.This paper analyzes the role of personality theory in psychotherapy and counseling theoretical orientations,proposing that personality is an important core of theory in psychotherapy and counseling.Besides,the Confucianism,Buddhism,and Taoism,as well as the field of traditional Chinese medicine were taken as examples to illustrate what is the personality theory based on traditional Chinese culture,providing ideas for the establishment of local theory of psychotherapy and counseling.
