摘　　要：以苦参、黄柏等中药材为研究对象,制备了一种具有舒缓、抑菌功效的苦参凝胶。通过3D表皮皮肤模型(EpiKutis®)实验,发现凝胶组TNF-α含量显著下降,表明凝胶组是通过抑制TNF-α的含量达到抗炎舒缓功效;通过体外抑菌实验,发现该凝胶对金黄色葡萄球菌、痤疮丙酸杆菌的抑菌率均>90%,表明其有较强的抑菌效果;通过微生物挑战实验,发现该凝胶在不添加化学防腐剂的情况下符合CTFA标准,表明产品微生物稳定性良好。Taking Chinese medicinal materials such as Sophora radix and Phellodendron chinensis as the research object,a Sophora sophora gel with soothing and antibacterial effects was prepared.Through the 3D epidermal skin model(EpiKutis®)experiment,it was found that the content of TNF-αin the gel group decreased significantly,indicating that the gel group achieved anti-inflammatory and soothing effects by inhibiting the content of TNF-α.Through in vitro antibacterial experiments,it was found that the antibacterial rate of the gel against Staphylococcus aureus and Propionibacterium acnes was>90%,indicating that it had a strong antibacterial effect.Through microbial challenge experiments,it was found that the gel met the CTFA standard without adding chemical preservatives,indicating that the product had good microbial stability.
