摘　　要：随着“新工科”时代的到来,高校有机化学教学改革趋势变得越来越明显,在培养化学、药学、材料科学等专业人才领域发挥着不可或缺的重要作用。推进高校有机化学教学改革与创新发展,在适应社会发展需求的基础上促进人才培养水平进一步提升,已经成为当前阶段高校有机化学教学改革发展的重要方向。基于此,本文从构建理论课程教学体系、促进教学反思改革与创新、推进绿色化有机化学实验教学等角度深入探讨教学改革策略与方法,以期为实际教学形成有价值的参考建议和依据支持。With the arrival of New engineering background,the trend of organic chemistry teaching reform in colleges and universities has become more and more obvious,plays an indispensable role in the training of professionals in the fields of chemistry,pharmacy and materials science.To promote the reform and innovative development of organic chemistry teaching in colleges and universities,and to promote the quality of personnel training on the basis of meeting the needs of social development,it has become an important direction in the reform and development of organic chemistry teaching in colleges and universities.Therefore probes into the teaching reform strategies and methods from the angles of constructing the teaching system of theoretical courses,promoting the Reform and innovation of teaching reflection,and promoting the green organic chemistry experiment teaching,with a view to forming valuable suggestions and evidence support for the actual teaching.
