摘 要:有机化学是高等院校化学化工类专业的四大主干课程之一,也是有机合成化学、天然产物化学、药物化学等专业课程的基础性课程,而立体化学是该课程的教学重点和难点之一。学生们在学习立体化学时,往往缺乏空间立体感和想象力,存在一定的学习困难。为了使学生们在学习过程中更容易理解和掌握该部分内容,本文将从长期应用化学专业的有机化学及相关课程的教学与实践出发,着重对加成反应、消除反应、氧化反应、还原反应、取代反应、重排反应等反应类型中的立体化学现象进行阐述、归纳和总结,并通过实际的案例分析,对有机化学中立体化学现象在合成路线设计中的应用进行初步探讨,从而激发学生的学习兴趣,使学生理解和掌握反应中的立体化学问题。Organic Chemistry is one of the four main courses for chemistry and chemical engineering majors in higher education institutions.It serves as a foundational course for specialized courses such as Organic Synthetic Chemistry,Natural Product Chemistry and Medicinal Chemistry.Stereochemistry is one of the most challenging parts of this course.Students often struggle with spatial perception and imagination when learning stereochemistry,which leads to certain learning difficulties.To enhance students’understanding and mastery of this content during their learning process,based on long-term teaching and practical experience in Organic Chemistry and related courses for the Applied Chemistry major,focuses on elaborating,summarizing,and generalizing stereochemical phenomena in reaction types such as addition reactions,elimination reactions,oxidation reactions,reduction reactions,substitution reactions,and rearrangement reactions.Through actual case analyses,the application of stereochemical phenomena in Organic Chemistry in the design of synthetic routes is preliminarily explored.This is conducive to stimulating students’interest in learning and helping them understand and master stereochemical issues in reactions.
