摘  要:为实现造纸机干燥部的节能运行,降低造纸企业生产经营成本,从电力成本和蒸汽成本两方面的角度出发,建立了一套纸机干燥部能源成本模型,并基于成纸干度、露点温度、气罩平衡三项指标提出了能源成本模型的约束条件。在此基础上,采用SQP算法对该模型进行求解并根据求解结果对纸机干燥部运行参数进行调整。为验证该方案的可行性,将该模型应用于某造纸企业的瓦楞纸机干燥部节能控制工作,该瓦楞纸机节能优化前的能源成本为0.8683Yuan/s,节能优化后的能源成本为0.752Yuan/s,取得了较为理想的节能优化效果。In order to achieve energy-saving operation of the paper machine drying section and reduce the production and operation costs of paper enterprises,a set of energy cost models for the paper machine drying section was established from the perspectives of electricity and steam costs.The constraints of the energy cost model were proposed based on three indicators:paper temperature,dew point temperature,and hood balance.On this basis,the SQP algorithm is used to solve the model and adjust the operating parameters of the drying section of the paper machine based on the solution results.To verify the feasibility of the scheme,the model was applied to the energy-saving control of the drying section of a corrugated paper machine in a certain paper making enterprise.The energy cost of the corrugated paper machine before energy-saving optimization was 0.8683 Yuan/s,and the energy cost after energy-saving optimization was 0.752 Yuan/s,achieving ideal energy-saving optimization results.
