摘 要:为实现对纸张裁切系统的自动控制,提升造纸企业成纸加工的自动化水平,根据纸张裁切的一般流程确定了纸张裁切系统在电机协同控制方面的主要需求,采用宏集B-Fortis CC-Lite型PLC与模糊PID算法相结合的方式对变频器实施控制,并通过RS485接口实现主控单元与变频器之间的通讯。为验证该方案的可行性,将常规PID控制器与模糊PID控制器进行对比,发现模糊控制方案具有更加理想的动态性能,PID输出转速与实际转速更加接近,有助于实现PLC对纸张裁切系统中各个电机的协同控制,具有一定的应用价值。In order to achieve automatic control of paper cutting systems and improve the automation level of paper processing in papermaking enterprises.The main requirements of the paper cutting system in motor collaborative control were determined based on the general process of paper cutting.The macro set B-Fortis CC-Lite PLC and fuzzy PID algorithm were combined to control the frequency converter,and communication between the main control unit and the frequency converter was achieved through RS485 interface.To verify the feasibility of this scheme,a study compared the conventional PID controller with the fuzzy PID controller,and found that the fuzzy control scheme has more ideal dynamic performance.The PID output speed is closer to the actual speed,which helps to achieve the coordinated control of various electrical machines in the paper cutting system by PLC and has certain application value.
