摘  要:教育现代化作为教育发展的必然趋势,其推进成为发展国家教育的重要战略。在这一背景下,培养符合国家需求及社会需要的新型人才,显得尤为关键,也成为评估教育现代化进程的重要标准。文章梳理了教育现代化的内涵,并在此视域下提出人才培养的目标指向,认为人才培养策略应专注于学生核心素养的培育,构建以学生发展为中心的育人目标。具体而言,人才培养路径应侧重于促进学生的深度学习,实现从低阶思维到高阶思维的转化;拓展教师角色,以激发学生的智慧;转变教育思维,推动对知识的连贯性理解;提升创新思维,跨学科学习下发展认知。通过这些途径可有效推进教育现代化,从而促进人的全面发展。Modernization of education is regarded as an inevitable trend in the development of education,and its promotion has become an important strategy for the development of national education.In this context,cultivating new talents that meet the needs of the country and society is particularly crucial and has become an important criterion for evaluating the modernization process of education.The article summarizes the connotation of educational modernization and proposes the goal orientation of talent cultivation from this perspective.It believes that talent cultivation strategies should focus on cultivating students'core competencies and constructing educational goals centered on student development.Specifically,the talent cultivation path should focus on promoting students'deep learning and achieving the transformation from low-level thinking to high-level thinking;Expand the role of teachers to stimulate students'intelligence;Transforming educational thinking and promoting a coherent understanding of knowledge;Enhance innovative thinking and develop cognition through interdisciplinary learning.Through these channels,education modernization can be effectively promoted,thereby promoting comprehensive human development.
