摘 要:随着中国经济的快速增长和居民财富的不断积累,保险金信托因其独特的财富保护和传承功能,逐渐受到市场的关注。本文介绍了保险金信托的基本概念,包括其定义、参与者角色及可设立保险金信托的险种,如终身寿险、年金保险和投资连结保险。本文指出了保险金信托商业模式面临的挑战,包括监管政策的不确定性、市场认知度不足、专业人才短缺和激励机制的不完善;在信托营销模式分析部分,分别探讨了中信信托、平安信托和中航信托的营销策略;提出了保险金信托商业模式的优化策略,包括探索监管沟通与规范操作、借力金融科技提升效率、建立合理的激励机制及跨界合作与生态体系构建。本研究旨在提升业务效率和市场竞争力,确保保险金信托业务的稳健发展,仅供参考。With the rapid growth of China’s economy and the continuous accumulation of residents’wealth,the insurance money trust has gradually attracted the attention of the market due to its unique function of wealth protection and inheritance.This study introduces the basic concepts of insurance trust,including the definition,participant role,and types of insurance that can establish insurance money trusts,such as whole life insurance,annuity insurance,and investment-linked insurance.In addition,it identifies the challenges faced by business model of insurance trust,including the uncertainty of regulatory policy,the lack of market awareness,the shortage of professional talents,and the imperfect incentive mechanism.In the section that analyzes trust marketing mode,the marketing strategies of CITIC Trust,Ping An Trust,and AVIC Trust are discussed respectively.The paper proposes optimization strategies for the insurance trust business model,including exploring regulatory communication and standardized operations,leveraging financial technology to improve efficiency,establishing a reasonable incentive mechanism,and fostering cross-industry cooperation and ecosystem development.The aim of this research is to enhance business efficiency and market competitiveness,ensuring the sound development of the insurance trust business,and is intended for reference.
