数字金融对湖南经济高质量发展的影响研究

摘　　要：本文采用熵值法,测算了湖南省13个地级市在2011-2021年的经济高质量发展水平指数,并通过固定效应模型实证分析了数字金融对湖南经济高质量发展的影响效应。通过系统探讨数字金融与经济高质量发展的关系,并提出影响机制和假设。基于北京大学数字普惠金融指数,对湖南省数字金融的发展现状进行了分析,并构建了经济高质量发展的评价指标体系。研究结果表明,数字金融对湖南经济高质量发展具有显著的正向作用,但区域间存在一定差异。据此,本文提出了因地制宜推进数字金融发展、加强监管与风险防范以及推动数字金融人才培养等方面的政策建议,以供参考。This study applied the entropy method to measure the high-quality economic development index of 13 prefecture-level cities in Hunan from 2011 to 2021,while a fixed effects model is employed to empirically assess the impact of digitalfinance on high-quality economic development.The relationship between digitalfinance and economic high-quality development is systematically explored,and influencing mechanisms and hypotheses are proposed.Based on the Peking University Digital Financial Inclusion Index,the current state of digital finance development in Hunan Province is analyzed,and an evaluation index system for economic high-quality development is constructed.Thefindings indicate that digitalfinance has a significant positive effect on the high-quality economic development of Hunan Province while regional disparities exist.Accordingly,policy recommendations are proposed to promote the development of digitalfinance in a region-specific manner,enhance regulation and risk prevention,and support the cultivation of digitalfinance talent.
