人力资本视角下冗余资源影响企业创新的研究综述与展望

摘　　要：冗余资源是企业的重要组成部分,它的合理利用和开发对企业的未来发展和创新具有重要意义。本文通过对冗余资源和企业创新已有文献的梳理,从文献分布特征、研究热点、研究趋势等方面进行分析,揭示已有文献的研究脉络,并对未来的冗余资源影响企业创新的研究趋势进行展望,为推动企业创新提供研究思路。本文运用citespace软件,选取171篇国内文献为研究对象,绘制出作者、期刊,以及高频关键词知识图谱,描述了国内研究热点及其演进,并进一步从创新方式、不同冗余资源对创新的影响,以及未来人力资本冗余对企业创新的影响等方面进行文本挖掘和评述。据此,本文对人力资本冗余和企业创新的影响机制进行展望和分析,并提出企业应合理利用人力资本冗余,发挥潜在冗余资源中人力资本的优势,加快推进企业创新,打破企业发展瓶颈,仅供参考。Slack resources are an integral part of a company’s resources.It is significant to rationally utilize and develop them for enterprises’future development and innovation.This paper analyzes the existing literature on slack resources and enterprise innovation in terms of literature distribution characteristics,research hotspots,and research trends,revealing the research trajectory of the existing literature.It also provides an outlook on future research trends regarding the impact of slack resources on enterprise innovation,off ering research ideas to promote enterprise innovation.By utilizing Citespace software,this paper selects 171 domestic literature pieces as the research objects and maps out knowledge graphs of authors,journals,and high-frequency keywords,describing the domestic research hotspots and their evolution.Furthermore,it conducts text mining and commentary on innovation methods,the impact of different types of slack resources on innovation,and the future impact of human capital slack on enterprise innovation.Based on this,this paper looks ahead to and analyzes the impact mechanism of human capital redundancy on enterprise innovation.It suggests that enterprises should reasonably utilize human capital redundancy,leverage the advantages of potential redundant resources in human capital,accelerate enterprise innovation,and break through development bottlenecks.These insights are provided for reference.
