摘　　要：清华大学哲学系卢风教授,系苏格兰圣安德鲁斯大学(1999年)、韩国延世大学(2004—2005年)和美国哈佛-燕京学社(2007年)访问学者,曾任清华大学哲学系主任、北京市政协委员、中国自然辩证法研究会环境哲学专业委员会主任等职,以及国内期刊《自然辩证法通讯》、《科学技术与辩证法》(后改名为《科学技术哲学研究》)和国际期刊《环境伦理学》(Environmental Ethics)、韩国期刊International Journal of Contextual Theology in East Asia等编委,现为清华大学生态文明研究中心研究员。他是国内最早关注生态文明的学者之一,多年来致力于环境伦理学、技术伦理学和生态哲学等领域的研究,曾主持完成国家社会科学基金重点项目“生态文明建设中的伦理问题研究”、一般项目“西方近现代价值观批判”以及多项省部级课题,出版学术专著《人类的家园——现代文化矛盾的哲学反思》(1996年)、《享乐与生存——现代人的生活方式与环境保护》(2000年)、《启蒙之后——近现代西方人价值追求的得与失》(2003年)、《应用伦理学与当代生活》(2004年)、《从现代文明到生态文明》(2009年)、《现代性与物欲的释放:杜维明先生访谈录》(2009年)、《人、环境与自然——环境哲学导论》(2011年)、《科技、自由与自然——科技伦理与环境伦理前沿问题研究》(2011年)、《非物质经济、文化与生态文明》(2015年)、《生态文明与美丽中国》(2019年)和《生态文明与生态哲学》(与王远哲合著,2022年)等多部,并公开发表学术论文300余篇。近期,《鄱阳湖学刊》编辑部王俊暐就生态文明的理论基石、研究方法和践行思路等问题与卢风教授展开了深入交流,现将访谈内容辑录如下,以飨读者。Professor Lu Feng,from the Department of Philosophy at Tsinghua University,is one of the earliest scholars to focus on ecological civilization in China.He has been committed to the research of environmental ethics,technological ethics and ecological philosophy for many years.Recently,Wang Junwei,the editor of Journal of Poyang Lake,interviewed Professor Lu Feng on the theoretical foundation,research methods and practical approaches of ecological civilization.Professor Lu Feng summarizes the basic content of ecological philosophy by reflecting on and criticizing modernity.Grounded in reality,he identifies with constructive postmodernism.However,in recent years,his focus has shifted from the“transcendence theory”of ecological civilization to the“repair theory”or“upgrading theory”.Lu Feng believes that mastering the knowledge of natural science is a necessary condition for the study of ecological civilization theory,and fostering a non-material economy and promoting the prosperity of a non-materialist culture are the fundamental requirements for the construction of ecological civilization.He also believes that mankind can continue to seek economic growth on the premise of protecting the environment,but world peace is the realistic condition for all the smooth progress,and the current geopolitical conflicts pose a serious threat to world peace,so the development prospect of human civilization is uncertain.Professor Lu Feng points out that the construction of ecological civilization will be one of China's significant contributions to mankind.In addition,the traditional Chinese concept of“inward transcendence”provides valuable ecological wisdom for contemporary society.To achieve the“inward transcendence”for most people,it is of great importance to enhance environmental education and ecological civilization education.
