摘 要:采用布氏旋转黏度试验,分析石墨烯种类和掺量对SBS改性沥青黏温特性的影响.同时,利用傅立叶红外光谱试验和扫描电镜技术,探讨了石墨烯/SBS复合改性沥青的微观作用机理.结果表明:在SBS改性沥青中掺入0.5%的工业石墨烯或0.1%的多层石墨烯可以起到一定的降黏效果,且二者的降黏效果基本相当.随着掺量的增加,两种石墨烯/SBS改性沥青的黏度均呈现出逐渐增加的变化趋势.当掺量超过一定范围后,两种石墨烯/SBS改性沥青的黏度高于SBS改性沥青.掺加石墨烯后,两种石墨烯/SBS复合改性沥青红外光谱特征吸收峰的位置同SBS改性沥青基本一致,但随着石墨烯掺量的增加,复合改性沥青红外光谱特征吸收峰的强度和面积逐渐增大.同SBS改性沥青相比,两种石墨烯/SBS复合改性沥青的官能团指数均发生不同程度的变化.在合适的石墨烯掺量下,复合改性沥青的羰基指数减小,芳环指数和支链烷烃指数增加.The Brinell rotational viscosity test was used to analyze the effects of the types and contents of graphene on the viscosity-temperature characteristics of SBS modified asphalt.Meanwhile,the micro-mechanism of graphene/SBS composite modified asphalt was discussed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that adding 0.5%industrial graphene or 0.1%multilayer graphene into SBS modified asphalt can reduce the viscosity to a certain extent,and the viscosity reduction effects of the two are basically the same.With the increase of the content,the viscosity of the two kinds of graphene/SBS modified asphalt showed a gradually increasing trend.When the content exceeds a certain range,the viscosity of the two kinds of graphene/SBS modified asphalt is higher than that of SBS modified asphalt.After adding graphene,the positions of infrared spectral characteristic absorption peaks of two kinds of graphene/SBS composite modified asphalt are basically the same as SBS modified asphalt,but with the increase of graphene content,the intensity and area of infrared spectral characteristic absorption peaks of composite modified asphalt gradually increase.Compared with SBS modified asphalt,the functional group indexes of two kinds of graphene/SBS composite modified asphalt have changed in different degrees.When the graphene content is appropriate,the carbonyl index of the composite modified asphalt decreases,while the aromatic ring index and branched alkane index increase.
