摘 要:近40年来,我国糖尿病患病率迅速增长,儿童糖尿病发病率也在不断上升,对患儿的身心健康构成严重威胁。自我管理教育是改善糖尿病控制率的关键,但患者自我管理教育的参与率普遍较低。本研究旨在探讨护理教育对儿童糖尿病患者自我管理能力的提升作用。儿童糖尿病以1型糖尿病为主,需终身接受胰岛素治疗,同时2型糖尿病的发病率也在增加。自我管理能力涵盖血糖监测、饮食控制、规律运动和药物使用等方面。护理教育包括糖尿病基础知识、饮食、运动、药物使用和血糖监测等内容,通过集中讲座、个体指导和团体活动等方式进行。评价自我管理能力的指标包括2型糖尿病自我管理行为量表和血糖相关指标。影响护理教育效果的因素包括患儿的年龄、性别、家庭环境以及教育者的专业水平和教育方法。通过护理教育,可以增强患者的自我管理能力,改善健康状况。In recent 40 years,diabetes prevalence rate has increased rapidly in our country,and the incidence rate of diabetes in children is also rising,which poses a serious threat to the physical and mental health of children.Self-management education is the key to improving diabetes control rates,but the participation rate of patient self-management education is generally low.The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of nursing education on self-management ability of children with diabetes.The majority of childhood diabetes is type 1 diabetes,which requires lifelong insulin treatment,while the incidence of type 2 diabetes is also increasing.Self-management skills include blood sugar monitoring,diet control,regular exercise and drug use.Nursing education includes diabetes basics,diet,exercise,medication use,and blood glucose monitoring through intensive lectures,individual instruction,and group activities.Indicators of self-management ability included the type 2 diabetes self-management Behavior Scale and glycemic related indicators.The factors that affect the effect of nursing education include age,sex,family environment,professional level of educators and educational methods.Through nursing educa-tion,patients can enhance their self-management ability and improve their health status.
