摘　　要：能否跳出历史周期率的历史怪圈一直是一个政党或政权的现实考验,更是事关中国共产党千秋伟业的重大历史性课题。习近平关于跳出历史周期率的重要论述是基于理论、历史、现实三位一体的理论成果,彰显了坚持历史主动与现实自觉、思想建党与制度治党、组织推动与个人主动相统一的新时代意蕴,对于建设长期执政的马克思主义政党、推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化、破解世界其他政党治理难题具有重要意义。Escaping the historical cycle has always posed a real test for any ruling party or regime,and it is particularly a significant historical issue concerning the grand cause of the Communist Party of China.Xi Jinping's important discourse on escaping the historical cycle represents a theoretical achievement that integrates theory,history,and reality.It embodies the implications of a new era,which combines historical initiative with realistic consciousness,ideological party building with institutional party governance,and organizational promotion with individual initiative.This discourse contributes valuable insights to building a Marxist party capable of long-term governance,modernizing the national governance system and capacity,and addressing governance challenges faced by other political parties worldwide.
