摘 要:为改善轴流风机的运行效率和噪声性能,提出了基于径向基函数网格变形的伴随优化方法。采用所提出的优化方法,以静压、静压效率联合目标函数为优化目标,迭代得到低噪高效的轴流风机设计方案。研究表明:改进后的叶片出口角度增大,出口高压区范围扩大;叶片中间区域弯度变化明显,做功能力提升。经过测试对比,风机在目标工况点运行转速下降17.23%,静压效率提升1.77%,A计权噪声声功率降低1.85dB(A),低频段离散噪声幅值减小,在800~2000Hz范围内的宽频噪声幅值显著降低。To improve the static pressure efficiency and noise performance of an axial fan,this paper proposes adjoint optimization method based on radial basis function(RBF) grid deformation.Taking the joint objective function of static pressure and static pressure efficiency as the optimization objective,a low-noise and high-efficiency axial flow fan design scheme is obtained.The research shows that the outlet angle of the improved blade is increased,resulting in an expanded high-pressure zone at the outlet.Additionally,significant changes in the curvature of the blade's middle region lead to an enhanced work capacity.After testing and comparison,the speed at the design condition was reduced by 17.23%,the static pressure efficiency increased by 1.77%,and the A-weighted noise sound power decreased by 1.85 dB(A).The amplitude of low-frequency discrete noise is reduced,and a significant reduction occurs of the amplitude of broadband noise within the frequency range of 800~2000Hz.
