摘  要:为保障对人造板样品的检测能力和检测结果的准确可靠性,实验室需定期开展实验室内部比对以进行有效的内部质量控制,为衡量产品质量、反馈生产环节等提供稳定、可靠的技术管理依据。以人造板的耐光色牢度、横向静曲强度、甲醛释放量、含水率等典型理化性能为例,探讨了适用于各类人造板性能检测的各种内部比对方法,并采用允差法、F检测方差法、t检测分析法、En值法等评价方法对相应的比对检测结果进行分析和评价,并提出了内部比对的纠偏措施和防范注意事项,以期为人造板及其制品的生产、应用单位提供行之有效的内部质量控制参考准则。To guarantee the accuracy and reliability of test results for wood-based panels,it is necessary to conduct regular internal and external comparisons for effective quality control in the laboratory.This can establish a stable and reliable technical management basis for product quality and production feedback.In this work,the typical properties of wood-based panels,such as light fastness,transverse static bending strength,formaldehyde release,and moisture content,were investigated.Various internal comparison methods for wood-based panel performance testing were discussed,and the corresponding test results were analyzed and evaluated using appropriate techniques,including the tolerance method,F detection variance method,t detection analysis,and En value method.Furthermore,recommendations on corrective measures and precautions for internal comparison were provided.These findings can offer effective guidelines for internal quality control in the production and application of wood-based panels and their products.
