居家养老场景下辅助站立沙发椅用户研究与设计实践

摘　　要：为提高居家老年人生活质量并辅助解决站立困难问题,设计面向居家老年群体的辅助站立沙发椅系统。通过对用户行为的定量和定性研究,利用专业科学的数据分析平台(SPSSPRO,SPSS)进行数据分析。首先,对问卷数据进行信度检验以确定回答的可靠性;其次,进行因子有效性测试;最后,通过因子载荷矩阵热力图分析主成分中的隐变量,从而确定辅助站立沙发椅重要度测量的问卷填写可靠性。使用熵值法确定座椅各部位重要度优先级,并在用户访谈定性研究中应用福格行为模型(Fogg Behavior Model,Fogg)理解用户行为发生机制。研究表明,53.60%的老年人倾向使用带助起功能的沙发和辅助设备,扶手、靠背和座面三部分相互关联,影响座椅舒适度与起身。通过用户研究,构建了产品层次系统,并对产品信息层、技术层、功能层和目标层进行定位,设计并实现了沙发椅硬件部分及与其匹配的移动端应用原型,显著提升了居家养老群体的用户体验。The aim of this project is to enhance the quality of life in home scenarios by developing an assisted standing sofa chair system.It encompasses quantitative and qualitative studies of user behavior,SPSSPRO data analysis,and reliability testing.Factor validity testing and analysis of latent variables were conducted to ensure questionnaire reliability.The Entropy Method was utilized to prioritize the importance of each component.The Fogg Behavior Model was applied in user interviews to comprehend behavior mechanisms.The findings indicate that 53.60%of elderly individuals prefer sofas and assistive devices with lift-assist features.The armrest,backrest,and seat surface were found to be interrelated,impacting user comfort and standing ability.Following the user research,the researchers established a product hierarchy system,positioned the product in terms of information,technology,functionality,and goals,and developed a hardware and mobile application prototype.This approach has significantly enhanced the user experience in home environments.
