摘　　要：为提升休闲椅产品在放松与休憩方面的用户体验,综合使用多种方法对休闲椅产品的功能需求进行了研究。通过SET因素分析确定研究休闲椅功能需求的必要性后结合问卷调查和用户访谈进行充分的用户需求信息收集,使用KJ法对所收集的信息汇总整理后引入FAST法建立功能树将用户需求映射为相应的功能项目,设计Kano问卷对功能项目所对应的质量类别及优先级排序进行研究。调研反馈表明:获得的休闲椅产品功能项目与用户的需求高度契合,且质量类别界定及优先级排序准确。研究过程验证了使用组合法研究产品功能需求路径的可行性,研究结果可为研发休闲椅产品提供理论指导。The functional requirements of leisure chair products were investigated using a variety of methods in order to enhance the user experience in relaxation and rest.After confirming the necessity of studying these requirements through SET factor analysis,user needs information was comprehensively collected through questionnaire surveys and interviews.The KJ method was utilized to summarize the gathered information,while the FAST method was introduced to establish a function tree mapping user needs into corresponding functional items.A Kano questionnaire was designed to examine quality categories and prioritize functional items.Research feedback indicated high consistency between the obtained functional items of leisure chair products and user needs,as well as accurate quality category definitions and priority rankings.This research process validates the feasibility of utilizing group methods for studying product functional requirement paths,providing theoretical guidance for leisure chair product development.
