摘 要:在家具行业不断追求创新的过程中,了解消费者的需求和反馈并进行总结创新是至关重要的。Kano模型作为一种有效的科学的分析工具,能够帮助企业准确识别消费者的不同需求类型,并根据这些需求指导产品设计和创新。本研究基于Kano模型对儿童家具的功能形式进行研究,通过调查问卷等方式收集设计需求和重要性评价,进行描述性统计分析,计算每个功能形式的平均得分和标准差,以了解消费者对不同功能形式的整体评价和分布情况。基于以上得出结论,在儿童家具设计中满足必备型需求的同时,增加魅力型需求和期望型需求,以提升产品的竞争力和消费者满意度。In the furniture industry,continuously pursuing innovation requires understanding and summarizing consumer needs and feedback.The Kano model,as an effective and scientific analytical tool,helps companies accurately identify different types of consumer needs and guide product design and innovation accordingly.This study based on the Kano model,explored the functional and form-related needs of children's furniture.It collected design needs and importance ratings through surveys and performed descriptive statistical analysis to calculate the average scores and standard deviations for each functional and form-related feature.This analysis helped understand consumersoverall evaluation and distribution of different features.Based on these findings,the study concluded that in children's furniture design,it was essential to meet basic needs while also enhancing performance and excitement needs.This approach will improve the product's competitiveness and consumer satisfaction.
