摘  要:当前实木定制家具企业数字化转型与升级迫在眉睫,但数字化设计在其中的应用仍存在较大差距,大多数企业的定制家具产品设计仍然停留在利用计算机辅助技术实现初级的数字化,没有真正达到产品设计过程的数字化。在分析数字化设计常用软件的基础上,归纳出目前实木定制衣柜的数字化产品体系主要类型为工艺与结构导向的、用户与市场导向的和一体化并行与协同的产品体系模块库。提出了实木定制衣柜数字化产品体系的构建原则与路径,并结合数字化设计平台对实木定制衣柜进行数字化产品体系的构建分析。该产品体系由物理层和数据层组成,具有高效、可扩展、可协同等特点,能为实木定制家具的数字化设计与制造提供参考。The digital transformation and upgrading of solid wood customized furniture enterprises is an imminent necessity,yet there remains a significant gap in the application of digital design in this field.Most customized furniture products designed by enterprises are still at the initial stage of digitalization,utilizing computer-aided technology,without achieving full digitalization in the product design process.Based on an analysis of commonly used software for digital design,this article summarized the main types of digital product systems for solid wood customized wardrobes:process and structure-oriented,user and market-oriented,and integrated parallel and collaborative product system module libraries.The principles and paths for constructing a digital product system for solid wood customized wardrobes were proposed,and the construction of such a system was analyzed in conjunction with a digital design platform.The product system consists of a physical layer and a data layer,featuring high efficiency,scalability,and interoperability,and can provide a reference for the digital design and manufacturing of solid wood customized furniture.
