动态坐具的舒适度评价及使用动作分析

摘  要:在办公场景中,为减少久坐中身体活动缺乏所带来的不良影响,“坐具的动态支撑”作为新型技术备受关注。从坐具的结构差异和人的使用2个角度出发,采用语义差异法对3种动态坐具和1种非动态坐具作为对照组的就坐体验进行主观舒适度评价,探究动态坐具的结构与功能对人体舒适度的影响;通过观察记录使用动态坐具时的身体动作,采用聚类分析法分析了身体动作的方向、幅度、频率等关键要素,最终为动态坐具产品的研发和使用指南提供科学依据。结果显示椅类动态坐具比凳类动态坐具和瑜伽球的坐姿舒适度更高;动态坐具的座面前倾和不稳定显著降低坐姿舒适度;使用动态坐具时,64.7%的实验对象选择身体动作的方向为前后摆动。建议当使用者处于办公状态时,上半身保持相对稳定,下半身可进行小幅度、高频率的前后摆动,并在动态坐具研发中提高椅脚与地板接触面之间的摩擦力,增加脚轮锁定功能,从而加强坐具抓地力以便于高频活动。In the office environment,“dynamic seating support”has attracted significant attention as a novel technology to mitigate the adverse effects of physical inactivity during sedentary activities.In this study,the researchers employed the semantic differential method to evaluate the subjective comfort of three dynamic seating devices and one non-dynamic seating device as a reference,from the perspectives of the structural differences of the seating devices and their usage by human users.This investigation explored the influence of the structure and function of the dynamic seating devices on the user's comfort.Additionally,the researchers also observed and recorded the body movements during the use of the dynamic seating devices,and utilized cluster analysis to examine the direction,amplitude,frequency,and other key elements of these body movement.Ultimately,this analysis provides a scientific basis for the development and usage guidelines of dynamic seating devices.The results indicate that chair-like dynamic seating devices are more comfortable than stool-like dynamic seating devices and yoga balls.Furthermore,the seat tilt and instability of dynamic seating devices significantly reduce seating comfort.During the use of dynamic seating devices,64.7%of the experimental subjects exhibited a forward and backward swinging motion of the bod.In the office setting,the upper body remained relatively stable,while the lower body was able to swing back and forth with small amplitude and high frequency.In the development of dynamic seating devices,the frictional force between the chair feet and the floor should be improved,and the caster locking function should be enhanced to facilitate these high-frequency body movements and strengthen the seating devicep's grip.
