摘  要:为提升软包沙发CMF(Color,Material,Finish)设计过程的客观化和系统化,以感性工学为理论基础,构建CMF设计流程,并分析用户的情感需求,优化指导软包沙发的CMF设计方案。利用问卷调查法挑选出相关的感性意向词汇及样本,对家居设计的现状与需求分析。运用语义差分法获取感性意向词汇与CMF样本之间相关关系,利用提取的颜色、材料、表面处理工艺等设计元素完成软包沙发CMF设计方案。建立感性意向与CMF设计要素映射图,在颜色选择、材料搭配与表面处理工艺方面,根据用户的情感需求进行优化。有效提升产品设计差异化和用户接受度,为家居CMF设计提供了一种科学系统设计思路和方法。This study aims to enhance the objectivity and systematic approach in the Color,Material,and Finish(CMF)design process for upholstered sofas.The framework is based on Kansei engineering,establishing a CMF design process while analyzing consumer emotional needs to optimize and guide CMF design strategies for upholstered sofas.Initially,the current state and demands of home furniture design were analyzed through survey research to select relevant Kansei words and samples.The Semantic Differential method is utilized to ascertain the relationships between these Kansei words and CMF samples.Subsequently,the extracted elements such as colors,materials,and surface treatment techniques were used to complete the CMF design scheme for the upholstered sofas.A library correlating Kansei words with CMF design elements was created.Optimizations were made based on consumer emotional needs in aspects such as color selection,material coordination,and surface treatment techniques,significantly enhancing product differentiation and user acceptance.This provides a scientific and systematic approach and methodology for home furnishings CMF design.
