汉画像石中的庖厨图家具探析——以新密打虎亭汉墓为例

摘　　要：汉代是中国古代家具发展的重要时期,席地而坐仍是主要的生活方式。汉画像石具有很高的艺术价值,更是研究汉代社会及汉代家具的活史料,汉画像石中的庖厨图表现了以汉饮食文化为主题的家具形态。以河南新密打虎亭汉画像石墓中的庖厨图家具为主要研究对象,解读不同庖厨场景中出现的家具,将其按照案类、俎类、席类、箱橱类和架台类进行形式表征与功能解析。对一些特殊家具进行深入研究,从饮食文化和祭祀文化两方面分析庖厨图家具的文化内涵,结果显示汉代庖厨家具的特点为有同质性,实用性强,多为低矮型,个别家具有向高型发展的趋势,反映汉代分餐制及厚葬风俗。通过探析汉代庖厨家具的时代特征,揭示汉代社会背景下庖厨家具形式所反映的文化内涵,以期借助汉画像石来拓展和丰富对汉代家具的研究。The Han Dynasty was an important period in the development of ancient Chinese furniture,with sitting on the ground still being the main way of life.Han Dynasty portrait stones have high artistic value and can help to study Han Dynasty society and furniture.The kitchen drawings in Han Dynasty pictorial stones depict furniture forms with Han cuisine culture as the main theme.This study takes the kitchen furniture in the Han portrait stone tomb at Dahuting in Xinmi,Henan Province as the main research object,interpreting the furniture appearing in different kitchen scenes and analyzes its form and function according to the table types,Zu types,mat types,cabinet types,and shelf types.It conducts indepth research on some special furniture and analyzes the cultural connotation of kitchen furniture from the perspectives of food culture and sacrifice culture.The results show that the characteristics of Han Dynasty kitchen furniture are homogenous,highly practical,mostly low,with a trend of development towards higher furniture,reflecting the separate dining system and burial customs of the Han Dynasty.This study aims to expand and enrich the understanding of Han Dynasty furniture by utilizing Han pictorial stones.
