摘　　要：为探索进一步实现客户需求快速响应,通过数据驱动方式对传统的客户需求响应机制进行转变。对大规模定制家具企业实现定制家具企业客户需求快速响应信息采集必要性、企业订单流程及常用设计软件、各部门信息交互中存在的问题进行分析;通过对案例企业的数字化平台搭建情况及企业各部门间现存问题提出数据赋能驱动的可行性;依据定制家具企业现存条件,提出数据驱动定制家具客户需求快速响应流程架构;搭建信息部、终端门店及软件部门间的信息交互,实现数据驱动定制家具客户需求信息的快速响应;帮助企业实现快速完善数字化设计平台,进一步完善“以客户为中心”的数字化服务系统;望能为企业实现快速响应客户需求及数字化平台搭建提供参考。This study explores methods to achieve rapid response to customer needs in the furniture industry.It proposes transforming the traditional customer demand response mechanism through data-driven approaches.The paper analyzes the necessity of information collection for mass customization furniture enterprises to realize rapid response to customer needs,examines the enterprise order process and common design software,and identifies problems in information exchange across various departments.The feasibility of data-driven empowerment is proposed through the construction of a digital platform in a case enterprise,while also addressing existing interdepartmental issues.Based on the conditions of customized furniture enterprises,a data-driven rapid response process architecture for customized furniture customer needs is put forward.This involves establishing information exchange between the information department,terminal stores,and software departments to achieve data-driven rapid response to customer demand information.The study aims to assist enterprises in achieving rapid improvement of digital design platforms and further enhancing the“customer-centric”digital service systems.The findings are intended to provide a reference for enterprises seeking to quickly respond to customer needs and build effective digital platforms.
