471例婴幼儿舌系带过短患儿临床特征分析

摘　　要：目的对婴幼儿舌系带过短临床特点总结分析。方法对471例1-36月幼儿采用高频电刀行舌系带过短矫正术的婴幼儿的临床资料进行统计分析。结果婴幼儿舌系带过短男女患儿比例为2∶1,0~12月龄、12~24月龄和24~36月龄的患儿分别为373例、37例和61例。其中少数民族患儿86例,156例患儿具有家族遗传史,112例患儿为人工喂养。314例患儿舌系带前附丽点位于下颌牙槽嵴中1/3段,舌系带形态在高度和宽度上属于中间型的患儿分别为400例和285例。结论婴幼儿舌系带过短具有一定的遗传倾向,男性高发于女性,但在父系遗传和母系遗传的来源方面没有差异,多数患儿舌系带形态高度和宽度上属于正常,表现为长度主要是B+C段的长度不足。Objective To summarize and analyze the clinical characteristics of infant ankyloglossia.Methods:The clinical data of 471 infants aged one to 36 months who underwent high-frequency electrotome for correction of ankyloglossia were statistically analyzed.Results The proportion of male and female infants with ankyloglossia was 2∶1.There were 373,37 and 61 children aged 0 to 12,12 to 24 and 24 to 36 months respectively.Among them,86 were ethnic minority children,156 had family genetic history,and 112 were artificially fed.The anterior attachment point of glossodesmus was located in 1/3 segment of mandibular alveolar ridge in 314 cases,and the form of glossodesmus was intermediate in height and width in 400 and 285 cases,respectively.Conclusions Infant and young children have a certain genetic tendency of ankyloglossia,which is more common in males than in females,but there is no difference in the source of paternal inheritance and maternal inheritance.The height and width of morphology of glossodesmus are normal in most children,and the length deficiency is primarily B+C segment.
