摘 要:目的探讨Tomatis听觉训练在学龄前有多动倾向的患儿中的干预效果。方法选取儿童保健科门诊就诊的3-6岁有多动倾向患儿随机分为观察组26人和对照组24人,均接受常规行为干预治疗。其中观察组另接受Tomatis听觉训练,对照组另接受未经音频处理的常规频率音乐,干预3个月后通过智力测试、SNAP-IV问卷、长处与困难问卷、家庭养育问卷评定,观察Tomatis听觉训练对学龄前有多动倾向患儿的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组智力测试总分高于干预前,养育中忽视惩罚、长处与困难中情绪症状低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组长处与困难中情绪问题低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Tomatis听觉训练对学龄前有多动倾向的患儿的情绪、品行问题可能有改善作用。Objective To explore the intervention effect of Tomatis auditory training in preschool children with hyperactivity tendency.Methods Selected three to six years old children with hyperactivity tendency from outpatient clinic of children s healthcare department and randomly divided them into experimental group of 26 and control group of 24,all of whom received routine behavioral intervention treatment.The experimental group received Tomatis auditory training in addition,and the control group received routine frequency music without audio processing.After three months of intervention,they were assessed by intelligence test,SNAP-IV questionnaire,strengths and difficulties questionnaire,and family rearing questionnaire.Results After the intervention,the total score of intelligence test in the experimental group was higher than before the intervention,and the emotional symptoms in strengths and difficulties and neglect of punishment in parenting were lower than before the intervention(P<0.05).After the intervention,the emotional symptoms problems in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Tomatis auditory training may improve the emotion and moral problems of preschool children with hyperactivity tendency.
