摘 要:随着电商行业的持续发展,电子商务交易额呈现持续增长态势,物流是电子商务的重要组成部分,它涵盖了仓储、分拣、运输、配送、装卸等方面。电子商务通过网络平台实现了商品所有权的转移、货币支付和信息获取与应用,而物流则是将商品从卖家转移到买家的关键环节。由此可知,电商行业的发展离不开物流,两者相互依赖、相互促进。在新零售驱动下,物流与电商发展融合得愈发紧密,提高物流服务质量水平成为各电商竞争者的制胜法宝。我国电商物流业发展迅速,正逐渐向智能化、服务化方向发展,但仍存在仓储管理不善和设备综合效率低、物流人员和售后人员专业素养不高、商家和物流企业应对风险能力低、网购平台管理不善及信息系统不完善等问题。文章基于这些问题,提出了提升网购物流服务质量的策略。With the continuous development of the e-commerce industry,the volume of e-commerce transactions continues to grow.Logistics is an important part of e-commerce,which covers warehousing,sorting,transportation,distribution,loading and unloading.E-commerce realizes the transfer of commodity ownership,monetary payment and information acquisition and application through the network platform,and logistics is the key link to transfer goods from sellers to buyers.It can be seen from this that the development of the e-commerce industry is inseparable from logistics,and the two are interdependent and mutually reinforcing.Driven by new retail,the integration of logistics and e-commerce development is becoming more and more closely,and improving the quality of logistics services has become a magic weapon for e-commerce competitors.China's e-commerce logistics industry has developed rapidly and is gradually developing in the direction of intelligence and service.However,there are still some problems,such as poor warehouse management and low comprehensive efficiency of equipment,low professional quality of logistics personnel and after-sales personnel,low ability of merchants and logistics enterprises to cope with risks,poor management of online shopping platform and imperfect information system.Based on these problems,this paper proposes strategies to improve the service quality of online shopping flow.
